Who can do Pilates?

Answer is simple like ABCD- Any Body Can Do. It adapts to all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, from beginners to elite athletes. Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you’ve tried Reformer Pilates before or you’re brand new. However, for Reformer Pilates, we recommend an age of 10 years or older.

What should I wear?

We suggest wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for movement, ideally with some stretch. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons. Grippy socks are recommended for each flow and available to purchase at the studio. Our studio is shoe-free, with designated areas to leave your footwear.

Arriving for class

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class so that you can get to know the studio, your instructor and the Reformer. Due to safety reasons you can not join a class without having received proper instructions first.

Bookings

You can access the schedule/calendar and book a class through our "Wellflow" App (For Member Only). It's best to reserve your spot in advace before joining the class.

Hygiene

We maintain strict hygiene standards. All equipment is sanitized after each session. Also After each class, clients are asked to thoroughly wipe down their reformer beds using sanitizer spray provided by the studio. This ensures a clean and safe environment for everyone.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

1- Free group class cancellation - Upto 2 hours before the class 2- Free Personal class cancellation - At least 8 hours before the class. 3- Late cancellation - result in loss of class credit 4. No show - result in loss of class credit

Medical advice

In case of any specific physical issue, Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Let our instructors know about any medical conditions or injuries, and they can modify exercises to suit your needs. Please note that the Pilates Instructors and the Studio’s management do not possess medical expertise.
